Job summary

Affle, a global technology company, is seeking a Senior Finance Executive in Dubai to lead collections and accounts receivable operations. You will manage overdue payments, liaise with clients, and ensure accurate posting of receipts within the accounting system.

The role requires close collaboration with sales and customer service teams. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in finance or accounting, strong English communication, and solid proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce required.
• 2–4 years’ experience in Accountancy / Finance.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Collections and Accounts Receivable Operations.
• Oversee day-to-day collections activities for overdue accounts.
• Contact clients via phone, email, or other channels to follow up on overdue invoices.
• Ensure overdue accounts are followed up promptly in line with policy.
• Monitor aged receivables to ensure timely action.
• Maintain accurate records of all client communications regarding overdue payments.
• Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure correct payments are applied.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service to resolve collection issues.
