Job summary

Al-Futtaim seeks a Cost Control, Accounts Payable and Reporting Specialist to ensure financial efficiencies through accurate cost booking and timely reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in accounts payable or cost control.
• Proficiency in SAP and workflow automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Cost booking and invoice processing with VAT guidelines and approvals.
• Prepare and review ageing reports for vendor balances and GR/IR.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Identify opportunities to automate AP and cost control processes and support digital tools implementation.
