Job summary

Al-Futtaim Real Estate is seeking a Cost Control, Accounts Payable and Reporting Specialist to drive financial efficiencies through accurate cost booking and timely reporting. The role emphasizes digital transformation and automation, with close collaboration across Finance, IT, and Shared Service teams to optimize processes.

You will manage invoice processing, aging analyses, and vendor reconciliations while ensuring adherence to internal controls and VAT guidelines.

Qualifications

Proficient in accounts payable and cost control with strong adherence to financial guidelines.
Experience in digital transformation projects, including AI and automation tools.
Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate cost booking and invoice processing with proper VAT handling.
Coordinate with central finance for timely liability booking and DO file review.
Identify and resolve discrepancies; manage monthly batch payment runs and exceptions.
Adhere to Delegation of Authority in all cost booking and payment activities.
Support automation efforts and collaborate on AI-driven validation and reporting.
