Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst in Dubai to transform complex data into actionable insights. You will support decision-making by analyzing performance, developing reports, and creating meaningful data visualisations.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards with Power BI/Tableau/Alteryx, automating reporting processes, and collaborating with Sales, Finance, HR, and Marketing to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience.
• At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive industry.
• Experience in business analysis, management reporting, dashboard development, or performance analytics.
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports accurately and on time.
• Analyse business performance and translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Develop new reports and automate existing planning and reporting processes.
• Create dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Generate business-specific reports and simulations, including sales incentive calculations.
• Communicate reporting and incentive information clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage multiple reporting requirements with high accuracy and attention to detail.
