Job summary

tech carrot in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced BI analyst to develop analytics solutions, dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL Server and SSAS/SSRS. The role focuses on translating business needs into technical specifications, building robust data models and optimizing performance.

You will collaborate with the Digital Core Team on standardized reporting, data quality and timely insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

4–6 years of analytics and BI experience
Strong Power BI skills with SSAS/SSRS/SSIS
Experience with SQL Server and Lakehouse sources
Knowledge of data lake and data warehouse development
Dynamics 365 or ERP experience in IT/Finance context
Proficient in DAX and T-SQL queries, on-prem Power BI Report Server

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain analytical solutions, dashboards and reports.
Translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications and BI standards.
Develop, deploy and optimize Power BI cubes, data models and queries.
Perform advanced data modelling and analysis from primary and secondary sources.
Identify trends and turn data into business insight.
Collaborate with Digital Core Team on BI project goals and reporting standards.
