Contract is 14 months, extendable
Need experience in TAM(Total Airport Management) / AOP (Airport Operations Plan) / A-CDM (Airport Collaborative Decision Making)
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically adept Airport Operations Systems Lead to oversee the implementation, integration, and operational management of critical airport systems across terminal operations, airfield operations, and baggage handling. This role is pivotal in delivering and maintaining mission-critical technologies that enable safe, efficient, and seamless airport operations while driving the adoption of AI and ML-powered capabilities for smarter decision-making and optimized passenger flows.
The Senior Analyst will support Above-the-Wing airport operations by leveraging AI/ML, video analytics, and process automation to improve passenger flow, operational efficiency, and decision-making. The role involves translating operational requirements into analytical and automated solutions, preparing clear requirements documentation, supporting UAT, and working closely with airport wide stakeholders, and vendors. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and presentation capabilities are essential, with experience in airport operations or similar high-throughput environments preferred.
The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery —from requirements definition and stakeholder alignment through validation and UAT—rather than technical support, operations support, commissioning of services, or service management activities
