Job summary

Azizi Development UAE is seeking a Project Director - Aluminum and Facade Operations to lead the execution of high-rise facade systems for iconic developments in Dubai. This role includes managing design coordination, installation, and financial control while ensuring compliance with safety and building standards.

The ideal candidate has over 15 years of construction experience, with specific expertise in aluminum and facade systems, particularly for supertall projects. The position offers a competitive executive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 15 to 20 plus years of construction experience with 8 to 10 years specializing in aluminum, glazing, or facade systems for high-rise or supertall projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong expertise in unitized curtain wall systems, structural glazing, and advanced aluminum fabrication techniques.
• Proven experience managing complex facade packages for landmark towers.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aluminum and facade operations from concept coordination through factory fabrication and on-site installation.
• Ensure all facade systems meet stringent safety, structural wind resistance, thermal insulation, and solar heat gain reduction standards.
• Manage large-scale budgets including procurement planning, cost control, contract variations, and risk mitigation.
