Job summary

LevelUP HCS in Abu Dhabi seeks an Air Systems & Propulsion Integration Engineer to lead design and integration of air handling and fluid systems for advanced engine programs.

You will tackle intake aerodynamics, exhaust nozzle design, and fuel/lubrication systems, supporting development through validation with CFD, CAD, and test methods. Relocation aid is available for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of propulsion/air systems experience.
• Strong grasp of compressible flow and thermodynamics.
• Experience with fuel and lubrication systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize air intake systems for turbojet and turbofan engines.
• Perform CFD analyses to evaluate airflow performance and efficiency.
• Design exhaust nozzle geometries and select actuation hardware.
• Support piping, fuel, and lubrication line design and routing.
• Assist testing, data analysis, and validation activities.
