Norton Blake Limited seeks a Senior AI Security Engineer to secure enterprise AI platforms, LLMs, and autonomous AI agents in a hands-on engineering role in Abu Dhabi. You will own adversarial testing, guardrails development, and CI/CD security integration.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in security engineering or related fields, with 1–2 years focusing on securing LLMs and AI agents. Experience with Azure and cloud security is preferred.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in Security Engineering, Application Security or Penetration Testing.
• 1–2 years hands-on with securing or red-teaming LLMs or agentic AI.
• Strong Python programming for security automation and testing tools.
• Experience with prompt injection, jailbreak testing and AI vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of LLM architectures, RAG, AI agents and tool calls.
• Cloud security in Azure, AWS or GCP; familiarity with CI/CD security automation.

Responsabilidades

• AI Red Teaming: adversarial testing of LLMs and AI agents for prompt injection and data exfiltration risks.
• Security Engineering: design and test AI security guardrails, input/output filtering and access controls.
• Python Development: build automated AI security testing frameworks and evaluation harnesses.
• Agentic AI Security: secure AI agents, RAG apps, vector databases and tool integrations.
• DevSecOps: integrate AI security testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Threat Detection: develop AI-specific monitoring and response capabilities.
• Cloud Security: help secure cloud-based AI infrastructure, with Azure emphasis.
