Job summary

RecruitMe Plus is seeking a highly skilled AI Red Teamer to join our security-focused team in Dubai. You will assess and strengthen the safety, reliability, and ethical integrity of AI systems by identifying vulnerabilities and testing defenses against adversarial inputs.

In this 1-year contract, you will design adversarial scenarios, run rigorous risk analyses, and collaborate with AI developers to implement robust, compliant solutions that protect data privacy and fairness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, AI, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience in AI security, adversarial testing, or ethical AI development.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, neural networks, and AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments of AI models, algorithms, and systems to identify vulnerabilities.
• Design and execute adversarial scenarios to evaluate AI system responses.
• Provide risk analysis and mitigations for AI systems and data privacy.
• Collaborate with developers to implement secure AI solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain testing documentation.
• Stay updated on AI security and ethical guidelines.
