Job summary

VentureOne is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the Foundry team in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the development of AI enabled products, including LLM applications, RAG systems, and AI agents, guiding projects from concept to customer validation.

The role requires strong AI engineering, product thinking, and the ability to scale systems for customer-ready deployments. Collaboration with senior full-stack engineers is essential for creating end-to-end customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building applied AI products including LLM based applications and AI platforms.
• Proven ability to lead technical direction for AI systems in complex environments.
• Hands on experience with LLMs, embeddings, prompt design, and AI orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of AI enabled products from concept to MVP and early production readiness.
• Translate business problems into AI solution designs and evaluation plans.
• Design and build LLM based applications using APIs, hosted inference, or private deployments.
