EPAM Systems, Inc. in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our hybrid team. You will design and implement agentic platforms for the Oil & Gas sector, enabling automation and intelligent decision-making across client operations.

You will build scalable ML pipelines, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, mentor junior teammates, ensure data quality, and drive innovation while aligning with industry standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Hands-on AI engineering with core coding in daily work.
• Experience building high-performance distributed ML pipelines.
• Cloud platforms experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Data engineering concepts and relational databases knowledge.
• CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practices for AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing collaboration.
• Knowledge of agentic systems in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry data and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI-driven agentic platforms for Oil & Gas applications.
• Build, optimize, and maintain robust machine learning pipelines and models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
