EPAM Systems in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement agentic AI platforms for Oil & Gas, combining ML pipelines with cloud integrations.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers and clients to deliver scalable, reliable AI solutions while mentoring junior engineers and advancing best practices within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields or relevant work experience.
• Hands-on AI engineering with daily coding and practical ML model development.
• Experience building high-performance, distributed ML pipelines.
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Solid data engineering concepts and relational DBs.
• CI/CD, Git and modern DevOps for AI.
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of agentic systems in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas data/workflows.

• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practices for AI solutions
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing collaboration skills
• Knowledge of agentic systems and their application in industrial settings
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry data and workflows

Nice to have

• Exposure to reinforcement learning or advanced agentic architectures
• Experience with Databricks, PySpark, or similar big data technologies
