Qualifications

6+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or ML/AI engineering.
Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based applications.
Production delivery experience in enterprise environments.

Experience in regulated industries is highly desirable.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering, LLM application development, Microsoft Azure AI technologies, and enterprise project delivery.

The ideal candidate should be capable of taking AI solutions from design and development through production deployment, while also managing technology vendors and system integrators.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy production‑ready AI and LLM‑based solutions.
Build and integrate applications using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
Lead AI and digital projects end‑to‑end, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Manage and evaluate technology vendors and system integrators, from RFP and technical evaluation through implementation and delivery.
Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for quality, scalability, security, and performance.
Support AI solution architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or ML/AI engineering.
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience building and deploying LLM‑based applications.
Proven experience delivering AI solutions into production within an enterprise environment, beyond proof‑of‑concept projects.
Strong hands‑on expertise with the Microsoft AI stack, including:
- Azure AI Foundry
- Azure OpenAI
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Power Platform
Proven project management and delivery experience, with the ability to lead AI/digital projects from initiation to completion.
Experience managing technology vendors and system integrators, including RFP, evaluation, negotiation, implementation, and delivery.
Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, pensions, insurance, or government is highly desirable.
