Job summary

Ghobash Group seeks a Learning & Talent Data and AI Specialist to design engaging, learner-centered digital and classroom learning solutions. You will analyze needs, design curricula, and create content while handling end-to-end data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation across learning and talent.

You will leverage AI-led innovations, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure accessibility and effectiveness of learning materials through LMS/LXP platforms and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in instructional design, learning experiences, and facilitation.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven learning and reporting insights is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design curricula and educational content for instructor-led, blended, and digital formats.
• Own end-to-end data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation for learning and talent.
• Create digital learning assets using authoring tools (e-learning modules, interactive multimedia, videos, AI).
• Manage Learning Experience within LMS/LXP/AI ensuring accessible, engaging journeys.
• Develop assessments and evaluation strategies to measure learning outcomes and satisfaction.
• Integrate technology across platforms (LinkedIn Learning, LMS/LXP/AI, multimedia, mobile learning).
• Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and stakeholders to ensure quality and alignment with goals.
• Iterate content based on learner feedback and performance data.
