Cigna Healthcare MEA is seeking an Agile Product Manager to own the product vision, align with business strategy, and lead discovery and delivery across Claims, Access to Care, and Provider Management. You will collaborate with portfolio leaders, Architecture, and UX teams to ensure customer-focused outcomes and compliant operations.

The role requires strong English, agile knowledge, and healthcare experience, with leadership over Product Owners and alignment to strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong English language skills required.
• Experience working in JIRA tool or an equivalent (preferred).
• Knowledge of agile methodology required.
• Experience within healthcare preferred.
• Cross-functional interface with partners.
• Credibility across functional and lines of business.
• High attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to work with International Health stakeholders across regions and time zones.

Responsabilités

• Own and articulate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy, customer needs, and market context.
• Align roadmap priorities and capacity allocation with portfolio leaders.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, and Architecture to shape the product roadmap.
• Lead product discovery using Design Thinking to identify feasible, desirable, and viable solutions.
• Decompose Epics into Features and manage their evolution.
• Use data and feedback to validate hypotheses and improve products.
• Align product metrics with business objectives and drive value.
• Track metrics and report progress with Outcome Owners.
• Prioritize ART backlog with delivery teams to maximize value.
• Collaborate with RTE to foster predictable delivery.
• Ensure Features/Epics are transitioned to Done and measure train performance.
• Lead and grow Product Owner teams and coaching.
• Conduct quality audits of PO backlogs and drive improvements.
• Foster a growth mindset and safe culture for learning and experimentation.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to embed customer voice in delivery cycles.
• Establish feedback loops with members, providers, and internal users to validate performance.
