They are responsible for clearly articulating and sharing their product vision across the portfolio and team levels. Coordination and alignment with EPIC outcome owners and delivery leads is a key aspect of the role, as the Product Manager is accountable for decomposing EPIC initiatives into features in collaboration with the Product Owners for scrum teams to deliver. The individual guides the team towards successful delivery in close collaboration with the System Architect and Release Train Engineer at the program level.
