Project & Delivery Management
- Manage the project from initiation to closure following the GTDP PPM/OE Project Management Plan (PMP) standards — Charter, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Ways of Working.
- Establish and maintain the project schedule, scope, budget, quality, risks/issues, communications, vendor and resource plans; baseline and track variances with a 'get-to-green' plan when off track.
- Drive project kickoff, stakeholder identification, PMP baseline, business blueprint sign-off, SIT/UAT readiness, cutover, go-live, hypercare and closure (PMO Closure Report).
- Manage chargebacks, monthly cost reconciliation and POD/IO-level financial tracking; ensure timely chargeback initiation and approvals with Finance.
Agile / Scrum Leadership
- Coach the team on the Scrum framework, Agile values and principles to improve delivery maturity.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure focused delivery.
- Partner with Technical Product Owners (TPOs) and business stakeholders to keep delivery aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Act as the primary point of contact between GTDP delivery teams, business product owners, vendors and partners.
- Set expectations and align roles of team members and stakeholders early in onboarding; formalize the RACI.
- Take a pro-active approach — communicate 'current week + 1' activities and key meetings; create Teams collaboration spaces; invite only required stakeholders to meetings.
- Run Steering Committees, Program Review Boards, weekly status, and workshops with wider stakeholders; manage escalations to GTDP Program Manager / Head of PPM/OE.
- Comply with the PPM/OE Change Management, Document Management, Naming Convention, Quality Gate, Financial Management and Schedule Management processes.
Business Analysis & Solutioning
- Support discovery phases — scoping, solutioning, high-level effort estimation, and high-level timeline forecasting (workshops with internal/external teams, vendor discussions, RFI/RFP, SDAF).
- Demonstrate business analytical capability to understand product dynamics, contribute to strategic decisions, and challenge requirements where needed.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Provide transparent, timely status reports on progress, risks, dependencies, cost vs forecast, and benefit realization.
- Monitor team capacity, highlight risks and flag cost/schedule variances early.
- Promote continuous improvement and contribute to Agile maturity across the Automotive portfolio.
