TEN-XER in Dubai seeks an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to head a team focused on the design and development of agentic systems on-site. You will guide architecture decisions and mentor engineers to deliver robust solutions.

The role spans the full system lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, adherence to standards, and on-time delivery while optimizing costs and performance.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in systems engineering with agentic focus.
• Proven leadership and project management experience.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering life cycles and methodologies.
• On-site, full-time project commitments.
• Excellent problem-solving and multi-project handling.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of systems engineers focused on agentic systems.
• Oversee all phases of systems engineering projects, from conceptual design to implementation and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of agentic systems into larger projects.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for systems engineering.
• Ensure that all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies and regulations.
• Facilitate technical discussions and problem-solving meetings, ensuring team focuses on goals and efficiency.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to team members.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
