Job summary

VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced AI Engineer for a permanent on-site role. You will own Python-based AI application design, agentic workflows with LangGraph/LangChain, and Azure AI integration, delivering scalable microservices in a cloud-first environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in AI/ML software engineering, deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, AI app development, and ML.
• Strong Python programming and asynchronous AI application architectures.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows and AI agents with LangGraph/LangChain.
• Deep experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise Azure cloud infra.
• Solid grasp of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and microservices design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytics, and stakeholder communication.
• Legal work authorization and on-site availability in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy AI apps using Python.
• Build agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI agents with LangGraph/LangChain.
• Integrate Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and cloud services into production.
• Implement LLM tuning, RAG pipelines, and prompt optimization.
• Design and deploy microservices-based AI apps and RESTful APIs.
• Apply MCP standards to enhance context and interoperability.
• Profile performance, reduce latency, optimize tokens, ensure safety.
• Maintain technical docs, model architectures, prompts, and release runbooks.
