Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager AI Software Engineering to lead pro-code AI agent development on Microsoft Foundry. You will design, build, and productionize LLM-based agents, integrating with Azure services and Palantir Foundry.

The role requires collaboration with Product, Data Science and IT Architecture to move from prototype to scale. You will implement guardrails, observability, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure, scalable agent solutions across enterprise data and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Strong Python — idiomatic, typed, tested; async experience.
• Proven production AI agents in code (Foundry / Azure / related frameworks).
• Experience with Azure services and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy pro-code AI agents on Microsoft Foundry.
• Integrate agents with Palantir Foundry via MCP to fetch enterprise data.
• Build evaluation harnesses and guardrails for groundedness, safety, and cost.
• Operate agents in production with observability, tracing, and cost monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and IT Architecture to deliver use cases.
