Job summary

Quantum Talent Group is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design and deliver production-grade AI agents and intelligent automation for a major enterprise environment in Dubai.

The role focuses on taking LLM and agentic AI solutions from concept into secure, scalable production environments with emphasis on Python, RAG, tool calling and enterprise integration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering experience delivering production-grade AI agents.
• Strong Python and production AI engineering background.
• Experience building LLM-powered agents and multi-step workflows.
• Knowledge of RAG, tool/function calling, memory and context engineering.
• Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise APIs, data sources and business systems.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Understanding of AI security, privacy, prompt injection and enterprise governance.
• Experience deploying AI services using cloud, Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Ability to optimize LLM solutions for accuracy, latency, reliability and cost.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents and intelligent automation.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on taking LLM and agentic AI solutions from concept into secure, scalable production environments.

Key experience:

• Strong Python and production software/AI engineering background
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents and multi-step AI workflows
• Strong understanding of RAG, tool/function calling, memory and context engineering
• Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise APIs, data sources and business systems
• Knowledge of leading LLM platforms and agent orchestration frameworks
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls
• Understanding of AI security, privacy, prompt injection and enterprise governance
• Experience deploying AI services using cloud, Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD
• Ability to optimise LLM solutions for accuracy, latency, reliability and cost
• Experience delivering production AI solutions within complex enterprise environments

Experience with GenAI platforms, agent interoperability, multimodal AI, regulated environments or Arabic-language solutions would be advantageous.
