Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking a highly qualified Aesthetic Surgeon for a reputable UAE healthcare facility. The candidate should possess Western qualifications (UK/USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand or Europe) and will provide advanced aesthetic and surgical procedures with a strong emphasis on safety and outcomes.

The role includes comprehensive patient consultations, diverse cosmetic procedures, and ongoing postoperative care.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent is required.
• Specialist qualification in Plastic Surgery or related field.
• EUROPEAN/National certification in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery preferred.
• Post-qualification surgical experience as per UAE licensing requirements.
• Current medical registration and Good Standing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess aesthetic goals and medical history.
• Perform aesthetic surgical procedures such as facial rejuvenation, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, and other cosmetic procedures.
• Carry out body-contouring procedures like liposuction and abdominoplasty where credentialed.
• Perform breast procedures including augmentation, reduction, and lifting within scope.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and explain options, risks, and expected results.
• Complete preoperative assessments ensuring patient fitness for procedures.
• Obtain informed consent and set realistic expectations through counselling.
• Provide postoperative monitoring, wound care, and follow-up to support recovery.
• Recognize complications and arrange appropriate referrals when needed.
