Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai seeks a Data Quality Specialist to assist the Head of Section on data quality audits, process development, and compliance with UAE information governance laws. You will maintain high data quality across reporting datasets and work with entities and vendors to resolve data issues.

The role requires 10 years of healthcare data experience and strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure adherence to data standards and governance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, health information management, health data science, or related field.
• Arab national.
• Total 10 years healthcare data experience.
• Knowledge of UAE information governance laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Section on data quality audit and related process development.
• Coordinate communications with entities and respond to enquiries.
• Maintain high data quality through rigorous analysis and auditing of data used in reporting.
• Ensure data quality standards via regular maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with internal customers, external entities and vendors to resolve data issues.
• Ensure entities produce data and services in line with data standards requirements.
• Support health data governance in delivering KPIs and programs of work.
• Undertake other duties as determined by Head of Section.

Tasks

• Assist the Head of Section on all aspects of data quality audit. Such support shall include the preparation and development of process, communication with the entities and responding to enquiries.
• Be aware of all UAE laws and the company policies of information governance.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of data quality through rigorous analysis and auditing of all data used in reporting.
• Ensures that the data quality standards are achieved through a series of regular data maintenance activities.
• Responsible for working with internal customers, external Entities and vendors to ensure timely resolution of data issues and problems.
• Responsible for ensuring that Entities produce health data or provide services in accordance with the data standards requirements.
• Assist and service the health data governance section in the delivery of the annual key performance indicators and programs of work.
• Undertake such other duties as may be determined by the Head of Section.
