Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a clinical background
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Experience in healthcare audits and data validation
• Understanding of continuous quality improvement planning and accreditation
• Strong interaction and communication skills
• Strong command of English language, oral and written
• Hands‑on experience with Jawda KPIs and performance monitoring
• In‑depth understanding and implementation of Department of Health (DOH) Standards in Abu Dhabi
• Experience in regulatory compliance, audits, and accreditation processes (e.g., JCI)
• Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and lead quality improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with patient safety goals, risk management, and incident reporting systems
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
