Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking an experienced Accreditation Manager for a high-profile sporting event in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the full accreditation operation from planning and data collection through badge production and on-site access control to ensure correct access for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities include end-to-end process management, system setup, badge distribution, and post-event reporting. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in event accreditation with 2+ years in management.
• Proven track record on major sporting, government or royal-patronage events.
• Fluent English; Arabic a strong advantage; UAE-based or able to mobilise to Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run end-to-end accreditation, including categories, zoning and access privileges.
• Set up, manage accreditation system, registrations, approvals and data accuracy.
• Oversee badge printing, distribution, collection and post-event reporting.
• Lead accreditation centre operations: layout, staffing, hours and queue management.
• Schedule and supervise the accreditation team; liaise with security, VIP protocol, media.
• Coordinate vetting with authorities and resolve on-site access issues for VIPs.
