Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the collection process to ensure timely payments from customers.
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and present reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection efforts to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements; support audits and month-end closing.
• Keep up-to-date filing of all accounting documents and maintain the chart of accounts.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
