Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations for multiple entities, including UAE and KSA business operations.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, management reports, and account reconciliations.
• Oversee budgeting processes and monitor financial performance.
• Handle daily accounting transactions, payments, and financial record maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory; minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including proven experience in real estate or property accounting.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, accounting standards, internal controls, management reporting, and payment processing; experience managing accounts across multiple entities, preferably within the UAE and KSA.
