Job summary

Cigna Healthcare in Dubai seeks an experienced Accountant to analyze and report financial results for our business operations. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will close monthly financials, assist with audits and regulatory reporting, and prepare quarterly and year-end exhibits. Collaboration with FP&A, Ops Finance and BI teams is essential to ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations

Qualifications

3 years expertise in general ledger accounting, full month-end close, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation.
Prior healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
Ideal candidate from an insurance or healthcare background.
Strong analytic and communication capabilities.
Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with FP&A, Ops Finance and BI/Data Warehouse to analyze and reconcile key financial metrics.
Prepare monthly close and assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
Prepare quarterly and year-end exhibits.
Work with finance to clear ICO out of balances and finalize ARM recs in a timely manner.
Support Treasury with deposits, cash monitoring and transfers.
