Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general ledger accounting, full month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit; CPA or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; problem solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile key financial reporting measurements with FP&A, Ops Finance, and BI/DW teams.
• Prepare monthly close and quarterly/year-end exhibits; ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting requirements quarterly.
• Assist with audit and regulatory reporting; support treasury tasks such as deposits and cash transfers.
• Ensure ICO balances clearance and ARM reconciliations aligned to timelines.
