Job summary

eliteUSA in Dubai seeks a Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting, invoicing, and VAT compliance. You will prepare monthly financial reports, maintain records in QuickBooks, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely data submission.

The role requires 5+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English. UAE VAT regulations knowledge is essential; prior ecommerce/retail exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Master's degree is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/Dubai VAT regulations and accounting requirements.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and invoicing, AR/AP, expenses, and reconciliations.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to generate financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and handle invoicing and expenses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Ensure UAE VAT compliance and accurate VAT calculations and filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants as needed.
• Assist budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning.
