Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards and UAE VAT laws.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Manage day-to-day accounting (AP/AR, GL entries, bank reconciliations).
• Monitor and analyze financial data for discrepancies or variances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare tax returns and assist with audits.
• Train and supervise junior accounting staff.
