Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) in Dubai seeks a finance professional to lead accounting routines and deliver accurate monthly management reports for planning and decision‑making.

You will supervise the accounts team, coordinate with other departments on close activities, and support budgeting, policy updates, and MIS enhancements while upholding internal controls and compliance across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounts receivable, payable, payroll and other Finance related activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely management reporting for planning and decision-making.
• Oversee reconciliations and post general ledger entries; audit transactions.
• Supervise daily team activities for monthly management reports.
• Coordinate with Administration and Operations on book closure activities.
• Provide annual budget information; monitor expenditures; identify variances and take corrective actions.
• Review and update financial policies and management information systems.
• Support development and implementation of new procedures to enhance workflow.
• Maintain internal controls to ensure financial security.
• Keep knowledge updated through education, publications and professional networks.
• Prepare audit schedules for assigned areas and ensure compliance with policies.
