Job summary

The Solana Foundation in Switzerland seeks a finance professional to own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes, oversee AP/AR, and maintain the general ledger for multiple entities in GAAP compliance.

You will build the finance tech stack, manage spend with corporate cards, support monthly closes, and perform variance analyses, with experience in startups and blockchain familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience across public accounting and industry.
• CPA qualification.
• Proficiency with Xero, QuickBooks, or comparable platforms.
• Experience with Airtable or automation-friendly databases.
• Familiarity with blockchain and digital asset reconciliation.
• Experience working in fast-moving startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Own Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash end to end, managing AP and AR processes.
• Build the finance tech stack, including onboarding expense management and bill pay platforms.
• Control company spend by managing corporate cards and the expense programme.
• Maintain the general ledger for Swiss and US entities in compliance with GAAP standards.
• Lead balance sheet and asset reconciliations, including bank transactions and onchain wallet activity.
• Support month-end close, financial reporting, and budget vs actual analysis.
• Monitor processes and controls to proactively identify and close control gaps.
