Job summary

Utorg seeks an experienced finance leader in Dubai to own end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting, and automation across multiple entities and currencies. You will drive P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet management, and partner with the Data team to define KPIs and scalable processes.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in finance with leadership exposure, fintech or crypto payments background, and strong Excel/BI skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Background in fintech, payments, EMI, banking, or crypto payments.
• Proven track record of transforming manual reporting into automated pipelines.
• Experience managing multiple legal entities and intercompany operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.
• English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
