Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage AR, cash, and month-end reporting. You will maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations, and support treasury activities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 5–7 years of experience in AR, collections, treasury, and real estate payment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally covering AR, collections, treasury and cash management.
• Experience in real estate/property development and customer installment/payment plans is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, receipt allocation, customer reconciliations, and outstanding balances.
• Monitor collections and ageing, follow up on overdue customer payments, and report collection status and risks.
• Manage daily cash positions, bank balances, and liquidity, ensuring accurate treasury reporting.
• Prepare cash-flow and collection forecasts, comparing expected receipts against actual collections.
• Perform bank and AR reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end closing and management reporting.
