Job summary

Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square is seeking a professional Security Team Leader to supervise daily security operations, ensure guest and staff safety, and support the Security Manager in maintaining a secure hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a hospitality setting, relevant security certifications, and a strong ability to lead, supervise, and respond to incidents, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced hotel context.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a security supervisory or team-leader role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Relevant security training or certification.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and incident reporting.
• Excellent observation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• UAE security experience or relevant licensing is preferred.

• Train, coach, and guide Security Officers to maintain high performance standards.
