Responsibilities

  • Oversee the effective implementation of hotel security procedures and ensure a safe environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Support the Security Manager in managing contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local security authorities.
  • Supervise and guide Security Officers, ensuring professional service, proper deployment, daily briefings, and adequate equipment.
  • Monitor car-park security, master keys, and overall access control.
  • Review VIP arrivals and daily operations to ensure appropriate security coverage.
  • Handle and investigate security incidents and emergencies professionally and confidentially.
  • Coordinate the Security Fire Fighting Team during emergencies.
  • Conduct regular security training and identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
  • Keep senior management informed of relevant security matters.
