Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking an experienced Security Officer to join our luxury team. You will actively participate in daily security operations, monitor entrances and exits, and ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property with discretion and professionalism.

The role requires at least 3 years in 5-star hotels, strong English, and basic MS Office skills. Sira license is a plus. Competitive tax-free salary and comprehensive staff benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in 5 stars luxury hotels and resorts.
Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
Holding Sira Security License is a plus.
Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in day-to-day security operations to ensure safety of guests, staff and property.
Monitor movement of associates, visitors, and contractors at staff entrance.
Handle tasks with diplomacy, discretion, and efficiency.
Record and control visitors’ belongings entering/leaving hotel premises.
Ensure unauthorized personnel do not access hotel floors and back-of-house areas.
Be conversant with hotel layout and operations at duty times.
Check events and functions and be aware of daily operations.
Patrol areas of responsibility to ensure guest safety and comfort.
Assist in training related to resort emergency procedures when needed.
Coordinate with local law enforcement when required.

What You Will Do

Actively participate in the day to day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
Monitor and to control the movement of all associates, visitors, and contractors leaving or entering the hotel through the staff entrance.
Handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion and efficiency.
Record and to control all visitors’ belongings / items when entering and leaving the hotel premises through the employee entrance or loading dock.
Ensure that unauthorized personnel do not gain access to the hotel floors and back of the house areas.
Be fully conversant with every detail of the hotel layout.
Check all current events, activities, and functions at the time of duty and be aware of daily operations of the hotel.
To patrol the areas of responsibility and to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests
Assist in training related to the resort emergency procedures when needed.
Work with local law enforcement when needed.
Coordinate the responsibilities of Security Officers and Guard ensuring their performance meets expectations.

What You Bring

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in 5 stars luxury hotels and resort.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
Holding Sira Security License is a plus.
Strong English language skills.
