Job summary

The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to welcome guests and manage seating with impeccable service standards. You will maintain station charts, answer calls, and collaborate with colleagues to provide a seamless dining experience.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in 5-star luxury hotels, outstanding grooming, superb interpersonal skills, and knowledge of MICROS or OpenTable. Fluency in English (and additional languages) is preferred.

Qualifications

1-2 years’ experience in 5-star luxury hotels in a similar role.
Outstanding grooming, outgoing and joyful personality.
Strong interpersonal skills, previous experience managing a team of host/esses.
Knowledge of MICROS, OpenTable and similar systems.
Excellent communication and fluency in English and other languages.

Responsibilities

Welcome the guests at the restaurant.
Seat guests promptly at a table, pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preferences.
Set up host/hostess stand, answer phone calls according to Four Seasons standards, and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant.
