Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai is seeking a Security Supervisor to actively participate in day-to-day security operations, ensuring the safety of guests, staff and property while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

The role requires at least 3 years in luxury hotels, knowledge of MS Office, and English proficiency; Sira license is a plus. We offer competitive tax-free salary, housing, and extensive benefits including medical insurance and annual leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in 5 stars luxury hotels and resorts.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Holding Sira Security License is a plus.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the day to day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
• Monitor and control the movement of all associates, visitors, and contractors leaving or entering the hotel through the staff entrance.
• Handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion and efficiency.
• Record and control all visitors’ belongings/items when entering and leaving the hotel premises through the employee entrance or loading dock.
• Ensure that unauthorized personnel do not gain access to the hotel floors and back of the house areas.
• Be fully conversant with every detail of the hotel layout.
• Check all current events, activities, and functions at the time of duty and be aware of daily operations of the hotel.
• To patrol the areas of responsibility and to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests
• Assist in training related to the resort emergency procedures when needed.
• Work with local law enforcement when needed.
• Coordinate the responsibilities of Security Officers and Guard ensuring their performance meets expectations.

What you will do
