Job summary

The Four Seasons Hotel Dubai is seeking a Security Officer to actively participate in day-to-day security operations, ensuring the safety of guests, staff and property. You will monitor access through staff entrances and be vigilant about unauthorized access, while staying apprised of daily hotel events and operations.

We require a minimum of 3 years in luxury hotels, basic MS Office skills, and strong English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in 5 stars luxury hotels and resort.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Holding Sira Security License is a plus.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in day-to-day security operations to ensure safety of guests, staff and property.
• Monitor and control movement of associates, visitors and contractors entering or leaving the hotel through staff entrances.
• Record and control all visitors' belongings when entering and leaving via the employee entrance or loading dock.
• Ensure that unauthorized personnel do not gain access to hotel floors and back-of-house areas.
• Be fully conversant with hotel layout and aware of daily operations and events.
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and comfort of all guests.
• Assist in training related to resort emergency procedures when needed.
• Work with local law enforcement when needed.
• Coordinate the responsibilities of Security Officers and Guards to ensure performance meets expectations.
