Job summary

ENNISMORE is seeking a Security Officer for a hotel in Dubai to safeguard guests, staff and property. You will patrol premises, control access, respond to incidents, and coordinate with authorities as needed, maintaining compliance with policies and local regulations.

Ideal candidates bring previous security experience, CCTV knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay vigilant on long shifts, including nights and holidays. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests employees and hotel property This role involves protecting hotel assets preventing security incidents responding to emergencies and ensuring compliance with hotel policies safety procedures and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure the safety and security of guests employees and property and to identify and report any suspicious activities or potential risks
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents such as disturbances theft unauthorized access or emergencies coordinating with management and external authorities when required
• Monitor and enforce access control to restricted and staff-only areas ensuring only authorized personnel are permitted entry
• Take immediate and appropriate action during emergency situations including fire alarms evacuations medical emergencies or natural disasters in accordance with hotel emergency procedures
• Assist guests and employees by providing guidance directions and support during both routine operations and emergency situations
• Ensure compliance with hotel security policies safety standards and applicable local laws and regulations at all times
• Maintain accurate records of incidents security breaches and actions taken and submit detailed reports to management as required
• Identify potential safety hazards or security risks and report them promptly to ensure corrective action is taken
• Support the training and guidance of new security officers and hotel associates on security procedures and emergency protocols
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the effective operation of the security department and the hotel as a whole
