Qualifikationen

• 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• 3+ years of procurement or contract management.
• Experience in Finance or Facility Management.
• Strong contract management skills.
• Negotiation skills for contracts.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and analyse contracts and the financial information of clients, vendors and suppliers, and act as the first point of contact for all contracting-related concerns of all divisions of the business to ensure the timely delivery of services in line with company and department standards and processes.
• Maintain a dashboard with key contract information, i.e. expiry dates, key performance indicators and financial information, to be reviewed by management for decision-making.
• Maintain the contract database to ensure an accurate, complete and updated overview of all contracts processed by the Contracting Team.
• Maintain an overview of all current templates and control template versions. Ensure contracts are in line with Emirates Group standards.
• Provide contract status reports, regularly and ad hoc, to the Business Support Specialist and highlight inconsistencies and recommendations to resolve.
• Conduct audits, regular and ad hoc, as required by the business.
• Liaise with other stakeholders in the contracting process, e.g. Legal, Finance and Facilities, on behalf of the Contracting Team and act as a point of contact in these business relationships to renew or terminate agreements as required.
• Respond to client requests and follow up on queries for clarifications from Insurance, Legal, Tax, Finance, Facilities and other internal stakeholders, with guidance from the Business Support Specialist.
• Support the business by implementing a robust storage and auditing process for all signed commercial and service contracts.
