Job summary

Help AG in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Security Consultant to manage customer support requests, perform security diagnostics, and guide deployments. You will work across email and phone channels, escalate where needed, and document activities in the ticketing system.

The role requires 5–7 years in large organizations, certifications in major vendors, strong TCP/IP networking knowledge, and fluent English. A flexible/hybrid work setup is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security or IT-related matter or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in larger-scale organizations on customer side as a support engineer or similar roles.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for security incidents.
• Hands-on experience and certifications of the vendors F5, Palo Alto, Fortinet & Zscaler.
• Experience with Packet Analysis tools like Wireshark or tcpdump.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
• Structured technical documentation and diagramming.
• Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge in large-scale environments.
• Flexible work approach based on job requirements.

Help AG is looking for Security Consultant who will be responsible for the proper and accurate handling of support requests of Help AG's customers.

Responsibilities

• He / she will receive requests by Email and Calls and handle those according to Help AG's support workflow:
• Internal and external escalation and maintain continuous communication with the customers.
• Providing solution scenarios on technical issues and
• Proper and accurate use of tools (Ticket System, Time Tracking) and documentation of the tickets;
• Support POCs, deployments, and integration of new security solutions.
• Prepare Health Checks for various technologies and provide technical consulting to customers.

• Must have 5-7 years of progressive experience in larger-scale organizations on customer side as a support engineer or similar roles, i.e. in a service desk. environment or as an administrator, managing the respective cybersecurity products and technologies.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for security incidents.
• Hands-on experience and certifications of the vendors F5, Palo Alto, Fortinet & Zscaler.
• Experience with Packet Analysis tools like Wireshark or tcpdump.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
