Enclave Dubai seeks experienced Secondary Market Property Advisors to build client relationships and identify resale opportunities in Dubai's competitive market. You will drive listings, negotiations, and outcomes for clients seeking secondary-market properties.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales, a strong grasp of the secondary market, and proven target achievement. Arabic fluency, teamwork, and a UAE driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary property market.
• Experience in resale transactions, property listings, and client negotiations.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
