Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience; preferably within Abu Dhabi’s secondary market.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi property regulations and resale processes.
• Proven negotiation, pricing analysis, and CRM management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong brand presence with a proven track record in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Source, secure, and manage residential secondary market listings through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords, with a focus on securing exclusive listings.
• Ensure all listings are Madhmoun verified.
• Maintain a structured database of current and prospective sellers.
• Conduct property inspections, collect accurate information, and coordinate professional photography and videography.
• Prepare compelling property descriptions and collaborate with portal managers for listing publication.
• Ensure all listings meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive pricing analysis to advise sellers effectively.
• Monitor market trends and adjust listing strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular updates to sellers on market activity, buyer feedback, and listing performance.
• Coordinate viewings with buyers’ agents and internal teams.
• Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi property laws and ADREC regulations.
