Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market
• Proven track record in sales, leasing, or real estate brokerage
• Strong knowledge of a specific area in Dubai (e.g., Marina, JVC, Downtown)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of the assigned area, including property trends and market dynamics
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and database management
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors
• Source and list secondary market properties (resale and rental units)
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations to clients
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to close deals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Stay up to date with market trends and new listings
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance
