Job summary

I Buy Real Estate, Abu Dhabi, seeks a Listing Specialist – Secondary Market to source and manage resale listings and nurture long-term owner relationships. You will ensure market-ready, compliant postings and drive optimal sales results.

You will coordinate photography, perform market research and pricing analyses, and provide sellers with regular market insights to secure exclusive listings and successful closures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi’s secondary market.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi property regulations and resale processes.
• Proven negotiation, pricing analysis, and CRM management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source, secure, and manage residential secondary market listings through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords, with a focus on securing exclusive listings
• Ensure all listings are Madhmoun verified
• Maintain a structured database of current and prospective sellers
• Conduct property inspections, collect accurate information, and coordinate professional photography and videography
• Prepare compelling property descriptions and collaborate with portal managers for listing publication
• Ensure all listings meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct market research and competitive pricing analysis to advise sellers effectively
• Monitor market trends and adjust listing strategies accordingly
• Provide regular updates to sellers on market activity, buyer feedback, and listing performance
• Coordinate viewings with buyers’ agents and internal teams
• Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi property laws and ADREC regulations
