About you:

We seek to appoint an outstanding Secondary Inclusion Teacher for an August 2026 start.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Is dynamic, enthusiastic, and well-qualified, holding as a minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a SENCO qualification or equivalent is a must.
• Experience teaching or supporting students with SEND or additional learning needs.
• Experience developing and implementing support plans and interventions.
• Experience using assessment data to monitor student progress.
• Experience supporting students with a range of learning profiles including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and speech & language needs.
• Experience supporting exam access arrangements.
• Embodies a growth mindset, being reflective, adaptable, and solution focused.
• Is creative, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking, with the ability to inspire students.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Use data and assessment effectively to inform decision-making, raise attainment, and improve student progress.
• Has the ambition to contribute to a world‑class school environment, with a strong commitment to professional growth.
• Is passionate about providing enriched learning opportunities for students both in and beyond the classroom.
• Plays a key role in the wider life of the school through active involvement in extra‑curricular programmes and community initiatives, contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
